Making A Pretzel

Step 1: The fresh pretzel dough
is made daily.

Step 2: We roll out the dough on our
Maple rolling table.

Step 3: The dough sectioned off.

Step 4: Portioning is done through a
100+ yr old hand-cranked cutter.

Step 5: Hand rolling.

Step 6: Hand twisting, probably the
most fun step in the process!


Step 7: Gotta put'em on a wood
plank for proofing.


Step 8: Wait... That dough has to proof.

Step 9: The pretzels are then dunked
into a hot solution.

Step 10: Salt'em up!


Step 11: Loading the deck oven.


Step 12: Watch them bake... start'in
to smell pretty good.

Step 13: Once golden brown,
into the drying oven.

Step 14: We catch'em in an old fashion bin and off to packaging... or into your mouth!
