Hard Pretzels - Charges are determined by actual UPS shipping rates. The cart will calculate your shipping rate during the check-out process.
Soft Pretzels - Upon ordering on our website, we will bake your soft pretzels fresh and ship them via UPS East of the Mississippi River. For shipments West of the Mississippi, please select 2nd Day Air shipping upon checkout to guarantee freshness.
If you have more than one item in an order, and you wish to have individual items shipped by different method, you will have to place individual orders for each shipment method.

Orders paid by check will be processed when payment is received and confirmed by the bank (approx. 2 weeks).
Orders are normally shipped within 3-5 days. During the holidays orders will be shipped in 1-2 weeks. We will try to support order quick turns, even during holidays. If special attention is required, please call (717) 862-4067.
